Bay Residences is a residential complex by RAK Properties, located on Hayat Island in the Mina Al Arab district of Ras Al Khaimah. The project consists of four towers: North Bay and South Bay include a ground floor and eleven residential floors, while Central 1 and Central 2 feature a ground floor and thirteen residential floors. The architectural concept is inspired by the natural aesthetics of the coastline, combining smooth facade lines, panoramic glazing, and spacious terraces.
