Cape Hayat

Cape Hayat is a residential complex by RAK Properties, located within the waterfront community of Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah. The project combines contemporary architecture with natural surroundings, offering views of the sea, lagoons, and mangroves.
The development consists of four towers: two of them include a ground level, a podium level, nine residential floors, and a roof, while the other two feature a ground level, a podium level, twenty residential floors, and a roof.
