The Opus by Omniyat

The Opus by Omniyat is a premium residential complex in Business Bay, designed by Omniyat in collaboration with legendary architect Zaha Hadid. The tower is shaped like a cube, and its main feature is a curved opening with a mirrored surface. It consists of two structures connected by a three-story bridge and features six basement floors, a ground floor, and 21 residential floors. The interiors of the complex were also designed by Zaha Hadid. Each residence was individually designed in a futuristic style using curved lines, soft lighting and smart technology.
Inside the tower there is a ME hotel, office space and exclusive apartments with 1-3 bedrooms and penthouses with 2-3 bedrooms. The apartments are located on the upper floors of the tower, offering stunning views of MBR City, Burj Khalifa and an incredible sunset over the Persian Gulf.
Residents of the complex can use a state-of-the-art gym, a swimming pool and spa, bars and restaurants. The complex offers a concierge service, 24-hour security and ample parking. There is also a maid service and the possibility of ordering food to the apartment.
Thanks to its convenient location next to Sheikh Zayed Road, residents can quickly reach key points of Dubai. You can walk to places such as Dubai Opera, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. It takes just 15 minutes by car to get to Dubai International Airport.
