Symphony on the Park

Symphony on the Park is a residential project by Nshama, located in the Town Square community. The project includes two residential buildings and a shared section with commercial spaces and infrastructure. The common base consists of a ground floor and one podium level, Building A features eight residential floors, while Building B includes sixteen residential floors.
The exterior is designed in a contemporary minimalist style with clean façade geometry and a rhythmic arrangement of balconies. A light color palette is combined with panoramic glazing and dark accents, creating a refined and balanced appearance for the complex.
The project features one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Interiors are designed in a light neutral palette using natural materials and warm textures.
Residents benefit from infrastructure designed for leisure and everyday comfort, including a swimming pool, fitness center, children’s play areas, as well as access to parks, jogging and cycling tracks, BBQ areas, sports courts, and everyday amenities within the community.
The project is located in the Town Square area with convenient access to key locations across the city. Dubai Hills Mall and District 2020 are approximately 20 minutes away, Burj Al Arab — 24 minutes, DWC Airport — 25 minutes, Dubai International Airport — 28 minutes, and Dubai Mall — around 29 minutes away.
